Tibetan Garlic Cure

This recipe of an ancient pharmacist was found in 1972 in a Buddhist monastery in the mountains of Tibet.

Special Precautions of Tibetan Garlic Cure

  • This therapy should only be undertaken once a year. This therapy should only be done for 21 days, even if there is extract left over; use remaining elixir for the following year. This therapy should not be undertaken by anyone under 18 years old. Do not undertake this therapy if you are taking any medication that are classified as blood thinners.
  • People with stomach problems should be careful, the thing is everyone taking any medications (especially anticoagulants) should first ask their doctor. Also during the first days different reactions may occur such as skin rashes, dizziness, headache or stomach pain. Many of these causes are due to the detoxifying action of garlic in our body, but if they persist or get worse, the treatment should be stopped.

Preparation:

  • clean and rinse 350 grams (12 ounces) of garlic (organic one, avoid Chinese garlic)- don’t use metal
  • mash it well in a mortar with pestle made of wood or clay, or if you don't have mortar, chop it in small pieces.
  • Take 200 grams from the bottom where it is more juicy and place it in a glass jar.
  • Pour 200ml. alcohol 75 degrees or more (90%) in one tightly closed container (jar) WARNING: The alcohol must not contain other substances (benzalkonium chloride or methanol).
  • Seal and keep in a cold and dark place for 10 days.
  • Filtrate through a solid piece of cloth, put in a jar, seal and let it stay in a dark and cold place for another 3 days.
  • Than take the following exact number of drops in 50 ml. raw milk or water 20 minutes before meal:

Tibetan Garlic Cure Scheme

After each meal you have during the day, drink the milk in which u dropped the amount of garlic cure drops by following the scheme given in the next table. After reaching the amount of 25 drops per meal, continue with that amount of drops per meal until you finish whole tincture. You can use that cure again after 2-5 years!
