Special Precautions of Zong Gan Ling

  • Contraindicated during pregnancy. Contraindicated for conditions due to wind-cold.
  • Contraindicated if strong chills are present.
  • Use with caution in deficient or cold patients.
  • If patients begin to experience loose stools or diarrhea, the dosage should be lowered.
  • Use with caution in hemorrhagic disorders or with patients on anti-coagulant therapy.
