Use caution with those who have difficulty either urinating or defecating.
Health Benefits and uses of Qian Shi are
- Strengthens the Spleen and stops diarrhea
- Chronic diarrhea due to Spleen Deficiency (especially useful for children)
- Chronic diarrhea due to Internal Accumulation of Damp (weak transportation)
- Stabilizes the Kidneys and astringes Jing
