==Special Precautions of White Mulberry==
* White mulberry is POSSIBLY SAFE for most people when the powdered leaf is taken by mouth for up to 5 weeks. Side effects have not been reported in studies; however, not very many studies have been done.
*Hair loss and premature graying.
* Anxiety : White mulberry leaf extract may possess anti-anxiety properties, suggests an animal-based study published in Indian Journal of Pharmacology in 2008. In the study, tests on mice demonstrated that white mulberry leaf extract may have sedative effects.
* In traditional Chinese medicine, the fruit is used to treat prematurely grey hair, to "tonify" the blood, and treat constipation and diabetes. The bark is used to treat cough, wheezing, edema, and to promote urination. It is also used to treat fever, headache, red dry and sore eyes.
