Glehnia Root ( Sha Shen ) 沙參 should not be use when cough *Contraindicated for coughs due to wind -cold, or in cases of pixu (spleen deficient)cold from deficiency of the Lungs and Stomach. * Do not use with li lu 藜蘆 or fang ji 防己.
