- Clears Fevers and detoxifies.
- Common Cold with fever, thirst, sore throat. High fever in colds, laryngitis, acute tonsillitis.
- Promotes salivation and quenches thirst. Produce fluids.
- Benefit throat, disperse coagulation, relieve pain.
- Reduces swelling and resolves clots (bruises).
- External applications for pain due to blood coagulations (Lu). Traumatic injuries, boils and abscesses.
