Helichrysum
Helichrysum essential oil is made from the Mediterranean plant called Helichrysum angustifolium or Helichrysum italicum, also know by the common names immortelle or Italian everlasting. Growing up to 24 inches (60 cm), the oil is steam distilled from the flowers of this evergreen herb.

- Although there are no known safety concerns or side effects associated with aromatherapeutic use of helichrysum essential oil, it's crucial to note that helichrysum essential oil can be toxic when used internally.
