Other names : Cinnamomum camphora var linalool Ho Wood Oil is steam distilled from the bark and wood (and sometimes the leaves are simultaneously distilled) of the same tree that brings us Ravintsara Essential Oil. Ravintsara Oil is distilled from the leaves of Cinnamomum Camphora and is sometimes known as Ho Leaf Oil.

Special Precautions of Ho Wood

No specific safety issues are known for Ho Wood Oil that has not oxidized. Tisserand and Young advise against using oils that have oxidized if they contain significant concentrations of linalool as the oil can become sensitizing.
