  • The fresh or dried leaves of maypop (Passiflora) are used to make a tea that is used to treat insomnia, hysteria, and epilepsy (Seizure).
  • Royal jelly is the natural result when bees combine honey and pollen. It is a powerhouse of B-complex vitamins. It also contains many other vitamins, minerals, hormones, enzymes, 18 amino acids, and natural antibacterial and antibiotic substances.   • Research has shown that essential oils like, chamomile and lavender can have a calming / relaxing effect on both body and mind.
  • Up Your Serotonin - This neurotransmitter is essential for a good night's sleep. Tryptophan is an amino acid that helps create serotonin. Try eating foods rich in tryptophan like, bananas or sunflower seeds.
