==Benefits and uses of Shen Ling Bai Zhu Wan are==
Shen Ling Bai Zhu Wan (Pian, DigestVive), translates as the Ginseng, Poria and Atractylods Pills which are three herbs very beneficial to the digestive system. This formula is designed particularly for chronic diarrhea/loose stools, but may also be used for other signs of Spleen Deficiency from a Traditional Chinese Medicine perspective. Signs of spleen deficiency may include weakness, poor absorption of nutrients, pale face, fatigue, poor appetite, abdominal distention (bloating), and/or loose stools. May also be used for weight loss/obesity which is often caused by weak digestive function and the accumulation of dampness. From a Chinese Medicine perspective this formula strengthens the spleen system and expels dampness.
