When sufferers are brought up to top physical condition and treated for any other health problems, they find that their eczema fades away as a result. So basically, eczema is a side effect of generally low health and often an allergic reaction. * A trip to your doctor or skin specialist may reveal the allergen or other health issues you need to address to clear up your affected skin. * Improve immunity (See [[Immunological Disorders]])

The more fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains you get inside you, the better for your skin and overall health.
