Preliminary evidence suggests that riboflavin may be helpful in preventing cataracts, with the University of Maryland Medical Center noting a study in which individuals who took supplements of riboflavin seemed to have a significantly lower incidence of cataracts.*The use of [[carrots ]] is considered beneficial in the treatment of cataract. Take plenty of raw carrots daily or else drink two glasses of fresh carrot juice, one each in the morning and evening.
