==Special Precautions of Baptisia==
* Only homeopathic use !
* Don't confuse with [[Tephrosia Purpurea]] which is also called Wild Indigo.
* Do not take homeopathic remedies without first consulting a homeopathic practitioner. Do not take several remedies at the same time as that is often discouraged in homeopathic treatment. Take the recommended dose only and immediately report any changes in condition to your doctor.
* Wild indigo is UNSAFE when taken by mouth or applied to the skin. Large doses can cause vomiting, diarrhea, other intestinal problems, and spasms.
==Profile Type==
There isn’t necessarily one type of personality that benefits the most from using baptisia as a homeopathic remedy, but there are usually some very identifiable symptoms or characteristics. Due to the fever, these individuals may suffer from confusion, delirium, or may even seem drunk and in a stupor. They often suffer from nightmares and delirium, and may fall asleep during conversations.
