  • Cranberries: PAC (proanthocyanidin) in cranberry juice definitely serves as a preventative, but not necessarily as a cure for bladder infections.
  • Take two tablespoons of cinnamon powder and one teaspoon of honey in a glass of lukewarm water and drink it. It destroys the germs in the bladder.
  • Uva Ursi : it flushes your kidneys & acts as an antiseptic. It also comes in the form of a tea, but I've only done the capsules. Do not take it if your infection is already causing lower back pain or you suspect you already have a kidney infection.
