==Special Precautions of Cherry Kernel Oil==
Stone fruit seeds and apples and pears contain plant toxins (cyanogenic glycosides) that can be converted into cyanide (or hydrocyanic acid) in your body. For stone fruits, think of: apricots, peaches, plums, nectarines and cherries. Please do not swallow the kernels. Cherry pits do indeed contain cyanide, but that is under the indigestible membrane of the pit. If you haven't chewed the seed, there's nothing to worry about. But if you have chewed the kernel well, there is a chance that the cyanide will enter your body.
