Special Precautions of Lu Feng Fang
- This herb is very toxic. Do not use as an anthelmintic as the dosage needed causes nephritis.
- Contraindicated for those with sores that have already burst.
- Use caution for those with Qi and Blood Deficiencies.
Benefits and uses of Lu Feng Fang are

- Topically as an ointment or wash skin rashes, itching, scabies, tinea, sores and carbuncles
- As a gargle for severe toothaches that feel as if a worm is burrowing into the tooth
- Anti-tumor effect : in vitro experiments showed that lu feng fang could inhibit human liver cancer cells.
