- Cranberries: PAC (proanthocyanidin) in cranberry juice definitely serves as a preventative, but not necessarily as a cure for bladder infections.
- Take two tablespoons of cinnamon powder and one teaspoon of honey in a glass of lukewarm water and drink it. It destroys the germs in the bladder.
- Uva Ursi : it flushes your kidneys & acts as an antiseptic. It also comes in the form of a tea, but I've only done the capsules. DO NOT TAKE IT IF YOUR INFECTION IS ALREADY CAUSING LOWER BACK PAIN OR YOU SUSPECT YOU ALREADY HAVE A KIDNEY INFECTION.
- Vitamin C
- Water, Water, Water
- Bananas - eat a couple a day
