Health Benefits and Uses of White Savory
In addition to pulegone the other main chemical constituents found in this oil are: D-Limonene, Piperitone, Mentalactone, Guaiacol, Menthol, and Mentone.
- antiseptic, appetitive and digestive properties;
- it is believed that it is also diuretic and expectorant.
- In external application, it treats certain skin problems: dermatitis, skin infections, but also small traumas, bruises and hematomas.
