Compared to bananas, black currants have two times its potassium. Compared to oranges, black currants have four times its vitamin C content. And compared to blueberries, it has twice its antioxidants benefits. Black currants may be rare but its health benefits include anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti-cancer and it helps in lowering the risk of developing arthritis.
