Fango Therapy is a mixture of dehydrated "mud" containing healing ingredients such as minerals and converted plants parts, mixed with various parrafin waxes. The Fango is melted, heated and applied to specific portions of the body, such as the liver, and areas of lymph node concentration. The clay can be used hot or cold. The clay pack is applied to the affected areas for healing and come in direct contact with the skin. The area will feel soothed and no residue is left on the body. Due to an increase in circulation, there will be redness where the clay pack was placed.
