It is like a very deep and long lasting massage with sound. A gong bath is usually experienced lying down on the floor. The sound of the gong recharges the mind, body and spirit.The sounds of the gong create a meditative state in which the mind becomes quiet and receptive for healing. The body takes in the sounds that it needs for healing and filters out those sounds that it does not need. After a gongbath the recipient usually feels very calm and relaxed.Physical aches and pains often disappear after a gongbath.
