* Eat a truly nutritious diet. That means toss out all the processed foods. Eat a diet consisting of 80% fresh, raw, organic produce - more vegetables than fruit. Do not eat anything with artificial flavors, colors, preservatives, MSG, trans fats, or GMOs. Make sure your meat is organic. Avoid all allergens (any food you know causes a sensitivity).
