  • The flowers of this plant are used for a heart tonic, reducing of fever and enhancement of appetite in Thai traditional medicine (Wuthithammawech, 1997).
  • Cancer : three structurally related coumarins showed significant antiproliferative activities against human leukemia and stomach cancer cell lines.
