Rebounding is a form of exercise done on a trampoline or a mini trampoline. It’s a low impact workout that improves cardiovascular fitness and circulation, among other benefits. Rebounding is fun and you can do it conveniently at home. As you bounce on the trampoline, the body is subjected to gravitational pulls ranging from zero to 2-3 times the force of gravity. This gets your lymphatic system (white blood system) moving. Rebounding improves the delivery of nutrients to the cell and helps in the removal of toxins and waste products.
